Season: Why God Isn’t Fixing It Yet

as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God."

Reflective Devotional Thought
Have you ever looked at
your current situation and thought, "This is just... weird"?
Not necessarily "bad" or "evil," but strange, confusing,
and completely out of alignment with how you thought your life would look right
now. When things feel "weird," our first instinct is to play the
hero. We want to fix it, manipulate the variables, and force everything back
into a shape we recognize.
But there is a divine
purpose in the peculiar. The Lord is whispering to your heart today: Stop
trying to fix what I am using to fuel your growth. There are "valuable
lessons" hidden in this specific season that can only be harvested if you
stay the course. If God removed the tension right now, He might also be
removing the testimony. This is a call to set your will. It’s not about
"feeling" like you’re winning; it’s about deciding to accept the path
before you.
God hasn't lost His GPS
signal. He isn't asleep at the wheel of your life. He promises: "I will
not take you off course." Even the strange detours are part of His
strategic route to your victory. So, take a deep breath. Relax. Let the Spirit
lead, because being "led by the Spirit" means trusting the Driver
even when you don't recognize the scenery.
🙏 A
Heartfelt Prayer
Lord, I admit that
I’ve been exhausted trying to "fix" circumstances that I don't
understand. I surrender my need for control today. I trust that You see the
lessons I need to learn and the strength I need to gain. Thank You for the
promise that You will not take me off course. I choose to relax in Your
presence and follow Your lead, even through the "weird" places. I
believe that victory is waiting at the end of this path. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Call to Action
The "Hands-Off"
Challenge. Identify one specific area of your life that you’ve been trying to
"fix" or micromanage this week. Today, consciously decide to stop
"tinkering" with it. When you feel the urge to intervene out of anxiety,
say out loud: "I am being led by the Spirit, and He knows the
way." Give God the space to work while you focus on learning the
lesson.
