Stand Firm in Truth, Not Condemnation

Stand Firm in Truth, Not Condemnation”

📖 “For if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart,

and knows all things.”

— 1 John 3:20 (NKJV)

🌿 Devotional Thought
The enemy loves to whisper thoughts that weigh you down—thoughts of guilt, shame, or past failures. But the Lord calls you to cast down every condemning thought and take your rightful place under the protection of His truth. Condemnation is designed to hinder your spiritual growth, weaken your confidence, and distract you from who God says you are.

🧭 God’s truth strengthens you; condemnation drains you. If there is truly something you need to repent of, bring it before the Lord with honesty and humility. But once forgiven, refuse to stay stuck in the past. Spiritual maturity comes from learning to reject lies and align your mind with God’s Word. He is greater than your heart—and His truth is your security.

🙏 Prayer
Lord, help me recognize and reject every thought that condemns or discourages me. Cover me with Your truth and strengthen my spirit to walk in freedom. If there is anything I need to repent of, reveal it clearly, and once cleansed, help me move forward with confidence. Thank You for being greater than my heart. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
