Peace, Be Still Within

                                   🧭 Peace, Be Still Within

🌿 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
Philippians 4:6–7 (NKJV)

Devotional Thought
There are moments when your inner world feels like a restless sea—thoughts racing, emotions rising, and peace seemingly far away. In those times, the Spirit gently instructs you to speak to your own soul. Just as Jesus spoke to the storm, you can declare over your heart: “Peace; be still.” Your words, anchored in faith, carry power to calm what feels chaotic within.

🧭 Make a conscious effort to quiet your thoughts and release the weight of worry and fear. Rest is not escape; it is trust in action. As you bring your concerns to the Lord in prayer, His peace settles in—guarding your heart and steadying your mind. This season of turmoil will not last forever. Faith reminds you that God is present, in control, and faithfully bringing you through.

🙏 Prayer
Lord, calm my restless thoughts and settle my anxious heart. I release every worry and fear into Your hands. Fill me with Your peace that surpasses understanding and help me rest confidently in Your care. Strengthen my faith to trust that this season will pass and that You are guiding me through it. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
