"God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.  Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains  fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and  the mountains quake with their surging."  (Psalm 46:1-3 (NIV) Reflection: In moments of overwhelming challenge, it's easy to feel isolated and powerless. Yet, God reassures us that He is always present, ready to provide strength and support. When faced with difficulties, we must remember that we are not alone. The Lord is our strength and shield, a constant source of help in our times of need. The key to accessing this divine strength lies in our faith. By trusting in God, we can take that next step, even when the path seems daunting.
